What Goes into a Day at Little Learners:

At Little Learner's Academy we have weekly themes that fill our preschool days with learning, FUN and adventures.

We sing our A-B-C’s, march to our 1 2 3’s, use our creativity to make art “masterpieces”, and dance to learn cooperation and all about making friends!

Our learning fun just never ends.

Classes include:

• Free Play
  • We start our day with Free Play. This is where we have so much fun learning social skills, sharing, and imagination.
• Calendar, Pledge, Weather, & Singing
  • Next we are jumping up and down to our calendar song, march to the flag song, explore the weather.
• Phonics FUN
  • We then sing, sing, sing as we learn our alphabet and learn all our phonics fun.
• Snack
  • Then it’s time for our snack where we learn table manners, how to be a “big” helper, and nutrition.
• Math Concepts & Logic
  • Next comes Math time. We usually have a puppet friend come and teach us all kinds of concepts from shapes to numbers, colors, and more!
• Dancing & Drama’s
  • We then get to dance to music and pretend as we act out our dramas.
• Science Facts
  • Then it's off to science land where we learn all about our world and the many amazing things of science.
    
• Arts & Crafts
  • Next it’s time for all our creativity to come to life as we paint, cut, or color fun projects that go with our theme for the week.
• Story Time
  • Last, but one of our favorites, is our story time. If I sit with “friendly legs” I may get to choose one of the stories!!
    

After story time our learning FUN ends, but only until our NEXT preschool day!
